You’re not alone. In any given year, 1 in 5 Canadians will suffer from a mental health condition. And by the time Canadians reach 40 years of age, 1 in 2 have had this experience.

Fortunately, effective treatments exist. Better yet, these treatments work twice as well and twice as quickly when patients track their clinical data and share this data with their doctors, as this allows the treatments to be optimized and tailored to each patient’s unique profile and experiences.
A collaborative approach
Aminy uses a digital health platform where patients can track and share rich and detailed clinical data, in a secure and confidential manner, with our psychiatrists. This starts with a comprehensive intake assessment and then continues throughout the follow-up process with weekly symptom tracking until the mental health condition resolves. In this way, patients take an active role in their recovery and enable the doctor to offer them the best possible care.
Virtual care
All doctor visits take place via videoconference or telephone. This allows patients to connect conveniently to our doctor from the comfort of their homes or workplaces.
No fees
Currently available in Quebec, this service is fully covered by RAMQ.
Our doctors
In our clinic, you will be seen by a psychiatrist. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor specialized in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Our psychiatrists have all been trained at Canada's top medical schools and have been carefully selected based on their clinical skills, professionalism, and dedication to the wellbeing of their patients.

Getting started

To use this service you must be age 21 or over, be physically located in Quebec at the time of your consultation, and have a valid RAMQ medicare number.

Get a referral from your family doctor for a consultation at the "Aminy mental health clinic."
Press the “Start” button below. You will then be taken to our patient portal where you will be asked to open an account and select an appointment time for your Consultation visit.

Before your appointment time is confirmed, you must complete the following forms and questionnaires:
a) Read and accept the consent form.
b) Upload a copy of your referral, or have your doctor fax it to us.

c) Complete the comprehensive Intake Questionnaire. This can take up to 1 hour to complete, but is divided into 5 modules. You can pause in between modules to complete them at your own pace.

Once you complete all of these documents you will be ready for your appointment. You will have the option of connecting to your appointment via video-conference or telephone.
